TEST TITLE: P-100 Pump deep water dewatering exercise on scaffolding on DCETF
OBJECTIVE / Test set-up criteria: Dewatered flooded compartment using P-100 Pump rigged with suction and discharge hoses from greater than 20 ft suction distance. For each Test, compartment B-1 was filled with about 5 6 of water equal to 1320 gallons and left with 1' (240gal.) of water for a total of 1080 gallons pumped.
DESCRIPTION OF TEST - RESULTS: TEST NO. 1: Dewatered flooded space using P-100 rigged with standard foot valve from a height of 30 feet. Pump was primed repeatedly without success. Could not draw a suction
